Engine
Internal, lubricated parts: camshaft and bearings; connecting rods and bearings; crankshaft and main bearings; internal reed valves (where fitted); oil pump; pushrods and lifters; pistons, piston rings and pins; rocker arms, shafts and bushings; timing gear and chains; transfer port valves, valve springs, guides and seats; water pump; engine mounts; manifolds; valve covers. Engine head(s), engine block and cylinder barrels are covered only if damage is a result of a breakdown of a covered engine part. New vehicles only: Seals and gaskets

 

Final Drive
(Shaft Driven Models Only)
All internal, lubricated parts contained within the drive shaft/final drive case; ball/universal joints. Final drive case is covered only if damage is a result of a breakdown of a covered part. New vehicles only: Seals, sealing boots, and gaskets. (Final drive chains/belts and sprockets, or consequential damages due to chain breakage are not covered.)

Transmission
All internal, lubricated parts contained within the transmission case; all gears; bearings; internal drive gears and chains; internal selector mechanism; transmission mounts. Transmission case is covered only if damage is a result of a breakdown of covered transmission parts. New vehicles only: Seals and gaskets. (Clutch assembly is not covered.)

Primary / Secondary Drives
All internal, lubricated parts contained within the primary case; all gears; bearings; internal selector mechanism; mounts. Primary case is covered only if damage is a result of a breakdown of a covered primary/secondary drive part. New vehicles only: Seals and gaskets. (Clutch assembly, drive chains and drive-train sprockets are not covered.)

Steering
Upper and lower steering stem bearings or bushings; axle; steering stem; handlebars; steering stem nut; inner and outer tie rod end bearings; drag link, bearings and spindle bushings. Steering stem shaft is covered only if damage is a result of a breakdown of a covered steering part. New vehicles only: Seals and gaskets.

Fuel Delivery
Fuel tank; fuel pump; petcock; lines and fittings. New vehicles only: Seals and gaskets.

Cooling System
(New Vehicles Only)
Fan, fan motor and radiator seals and gaskets.

Electrical
Coils; magneto; manually operated switches; rectifiers; rotors; starter; solenoids; stators; voltage regulator; relays; wiring harness; igniter or modulator/CD unit.

Brakes
Brake backing plates: brake hubs; calipers; disc rotors; master cylinder; securing hardware. (Disc brake pads and brake shoes are not covered.)

Suspension
All internal, lubricated parts contained with the front fork tubes. Swing arm bearings or bushings; front and rear wheel bearings or bushings; front and rear wheel bearings; frame; swing arm; rear suspension system. Front fork tubes are covered only if damage is a result of a breakdown of a covered suspension part.

Chain Case
All internal, lubricated parts contained within the chain housing; jackshaft and jackshaft bearings; front axle and axle bearings. Chain housing only if damaged as a result of a breakdown of an internal, lubricated part.

Gauges
Fuel Gauge; speedometer; tachometer; temperature gauge; amp gauge; oil gauge
